hand. Watson-Guptill Publications. Bookworks is an innovative guide written by Sue Doggett. In her book she encourages novices as well as professionals to experiment with materials and techniques. There are directions for basic techniques, and essential information on the materials and equipment needed. There are illustrated step-by-steb instructions for over ten different books and pamphlets. Some of the models are traditionally beautiful, while some are extraordinary and even odd. This is a book for those bookworks-enthusiasts who want to try something special.

Susanne. 1991. Papier Máche. Charles Letts & Co Ltd Susanne Haines’ book about Papier Máche describes various ways it can be used. Haines tells about the techniques and materials used in papier maché and gives creative ideas. There are illustrated instructions for making jewellery, containers, dolls, and other artwork in the book.

Kasaharas Origami Omnibus is a big book in many senses. It is big in size,
and it describes a large variety of different origami techniques. In this
book, there are lots of folding instructions under many themes. Among
the instructions Kunihiko Kasahara gives out his knowledge and experience
on origami. He has created both easy and difficult models, and represent
traditional and modern styles. This book is great for those who already
know something about origami. In Michael Lafosses book Origamidô he has collected pictures from the best origami artists working today. The works he has selected represent the different varieties of origami. They are all surprising in beauty and simplicity or they are just extraordinarily fabulous. In the end of the book, there are also patterns for some of the works.

Pinders Scented Herb Papers is a guide on how to use natural scents and
colours in hand made recycled and plant papers. She has included short
instructions and information on materials that can be used. There are
also some tips in the book on how to use the papers once they have been
made.

Davis has written a guide on Découpage. She describes the history of the
technique. She also tells about the supplies, tools and materials needed
in making découpage. She teaches the basic techniques and variations.
