Atsuko Nakata has created eight booklets titled Origami: Fun withPaper Folding. They contain easy origampatterns for beginners. There are about ten patterns in each booklet. The ready-made origami pieces can be used as toys, ornaments an many other things. The instructions are so easy, that even children can follow them. With luck, you can find these booklets in libraries.

Kunihiko Kasaharas Origami Omnibus is a big book in many senses. It is big in size, and it describes a large variety of different origami techniques. In this book, there are lots of folding instructions under many themes. Among the instructions Kunihiko Kasahara gives out his knowledge and experience on origami. He has created both easy and difficult models, and represent traditional and modern styles. This book is great for those who already know something about origami.

In Michael Lafosses book Origamidô he has collected pictures from the best origami artists working today. The works he has selected represent the different varieties of origami. They are all surprising in beauty and simplicity or they are just extraordinarily fabulous. In the end of the book, there are also patterns for some of the works.

Polly Pinders Scented Herb Papers is a guide on how to use natural scents and colours in hand made recycled and plant papers. She has included short instructions and information on materials that can be used. There are also some tips in the book on how to use the papers once they have been made.

Découpage

Dee Davis has written a guide on Découpage. She describes the history of the technique. She also tells about the supplies, tools and materials needed in making découpage. She teaches the basic techniques and variations. The re are also many pictures about great découpage pieces in this book.
